Co-Op Mission Statement with a Purpose:

SLHE Co-op is an activity of the SLHE support group. We seek to provide a whole-group experience for students in a positive environment of respect, diligence, and high standards. We rely on each family to contribute to the success of the co-op on a weekly basis. We hold all participants to a standard of behavior consistent with conservative family values.

The SLHE homeschool cooperative meets once a week on Thursdays during the school year in Winter Garden, FL. The co-op is a thirty-week co-op that runs registration once a year in July. The co-op year is divided by fall and spring semesters with December off so everyone can enjoy the holidays. We require that a parent remain on campus with their student(s) as we are not a drop-off. We offer a mix of academic and enrichment classes that meet over four hours in the day. Classes are a la carte, meaning your child may take one class hour or all four hours of offerings. Classes are taught by parent volunteers, as we are an all-volunteer organization. You must be a member of our support group to join our cooperative.

Teachers- Make certain you download the Remind app on your smartphone. We will use this in case of an emergency or for unexpected closures.
